You will have full range of equipment including: Treadmill, Elliptical, TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX RIP Trainer, BOSU Balls, Kettlebells, and much more (and of course, Me!).

Friends & Couples
There’s nothing better than getting fit with your special someone or your best friend. Make a commitment with your friend with similar goals to get in shape and book an appointment for two at my studio in advance. Working out with your favourite friend or your spouse can be fun!
Groups of 2:
Set up your own group of 2 people, co-ordinate your own time that suits you and I will coordinate a workout plan suitable for all participants.

TRX suspension training utilizes your own body weight in each exercise allowing you to choose the level of intensity that’s right for you. This type of training is suitable for all fitness levels.
